Do you have Public Liability Insurance cover?
Yes. We have full public liability insurance cover. The venue you have hired for your event will insist on this requirement from any entertainment supplier you bring onto their premises. Our equipment also is PAT tested for electrical safety.
Can we supply our own choice of "song list"?
You can send us your own music choice ‘’song list’’ requests. We have thousands of tracks available covering all styles of music from the 60’s to the current chart releases. We can also send you as a guide a list of the top 100 songs that our past clients have requested over the past year.
What kind of DJ will we have?
The choice is yours as we always suit the perfect DJ to the event. We will discuss your requirements at length before the event to make sure you receive a DJ who fits the bill. Our DJ’s are reliable experienced professionals who will create the right atmosphere for your event by playing the tracks you want to hear. They will wear either black tie or smart casual attire depending on your requirements. They will assist in any announcements that need to be made and ensure the smooth running of your event making it a night to remember.
Do you add VAT to your quote?
No we do not charge VAT.
Do you have backup if the DJ is ill?
Yes, the benefit of booking with Monitor Disco is that we have a large database of reputable DJ's just in case our own DJ's are ill. We are proud however to let you know that we have never had to replace a DJ in over 9 years and aim to keep the track record well into the future.
I need other entertainers as well can you help?
No Problem, Monitor Disco is managed by the team at Monitor Music Ltd based in north essex. Monitor Music regularly supply over 1000 events a year from party bands, discos, pa & lighting hire right down to string quartets, jazz bands and solo musicians. Do we have a signed agreement?
Yes, we simply send you two contracts. Keep one for yourself and return the other with the deposit and your booking is confirmed.
